How do I book classes?
All scheduling is done through our client scheduling app (Acuity). Once you complete your Intro Session and become a member, you’ll receive access to book classes directly in the app.

How does a new member get started?
Every new member begins with an Intro Session. This session allows us to assess goals, movement, and experience level, and to explain how our training model works before joining regular classes.

Do you offer drop-ins or trials?
We primarily work with members to maintain a high level of coaching and consistency. Limited drop-in options may be available based on class capacity, but all first visits must start with an Intro Session.

What’s included in a membership?
Memberships include access to our small-group training classes, yoga sessions, ongoing coaching oversight, periodic fitness check-ins, and use of our recovery lounge. Classes are intentionally capped to ensure personalized coaching.

How many people are in each class?
Classes are small and coach-led, never overcrowded. We cap class sizes to maintain a semi-private training experience and allow coaches to give individual attention.

Do you offer personal training?
Yes. Personal training is available and can be added to a membership after your Intro Session.
