I am a certified personal trainer with a focus on women's fitness, strength development, and building confidence. My fitness journey began after becoming a mother, driven by a desire to transform my body into its healthiest form to better engage with my son. Over the past eight years, I have had the privilege of training clients across New Jersey.

I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and judgment-free environment where women can build strength, enhance their well-being, and feel empowered at every stage of life. My name is Andre Hutchinson, and I understand the challenges associated with being overweight and achieving suboptimal results in fitness endeavors. I have always been passionate about movement. Growing up, I engaged in various sports and began weightlifting at the age of 12. Following an injury at 14, I shifted my focus to floor Pilates and tumbling, ultimately returning to weightlifting at 19, where I developed a deep appreciation for Olympic lifts. At 21, during a challenging period of anxiety, I discovered the calming effects of yoga and breathwork, which profoundly transformed my training approach and overall way of living.

Becoming a personal trainer and yoga instructor has enabled me to share this vital connection between strength, movement, and mindfulness with others. I am dedicated to helping individuals harness the benefits of both physical fitness and mental well-being in their own lives.
