All payments made to CKatzFit LLC are non-refundable. By completing your purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation: By purchasing a membership, you agree that your membership will automatically renew at the end of the initial six 1 month term and each subsequent monthly term, unless you cancel before your renewal date. Renewal charges will be automatically billed to the payment method on file. You authorize CKatzFit Gym LLC to process such charges unless proper cancellation notice is provided. No refunds will be given for failure to cancel prior to renewal.

No Refunds – All sales, memberships, class packages, sessions, subscriptions, and other payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations/Rescheduling – While payments are non-refundable, clients may be eligible to reschedule sessions or transfer services according to CKatzFit’s scheduling policies (subject to availability).

Commitment – By purchasing, you are committing to the agreed membership, package, or service duration and are responsible for completing within the stated timeframe.

Late Arrival & Missed Session Policy

All sessions and classes begin promptly at the scheduled time.

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, CKatzFit LLC reserves the right to mark the session/class as a missed appointment.

Missed appointments due to late arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable.

At CKatzFit LLC’s discretion, a late arrival fee of $25 (or one full session credit, if applicable) may be charged if a client arrives after the 15-minute window but still wishes to participate.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Unlimited Memberships):

To keep class spots available for all members, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time will incur a $15 late cancel fee. Failure to attend a booked class without canceling will result in a $20 no-show fee. Fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.

Being late does not extend the scheduled session or class time.

Policy Acceptance – Completing checkout or booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

This Waiver & Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned member (“Member”) and CKATZ GYM AFFLIATES. By signing this Agreement, Member acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in physical exercise, fitness training, and use of gym equipment carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, broken bones, heart-related conditions, or other serious injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate in activities at the Gym and assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless CKATZ GYM, its owners, employees, trainers, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in Gym activities or use of its facilities and equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Clearance

I certify that I am physically fit to participate in exercise activities and have either consulted with a physician or chosen to participate without such consultation. I agree to notify Gym staff of any medical conditions that may affect my ability to participate safely.

4. Rules & Conduct

I agree to abide by all Gym rules and policies regarding safety, equipment use, and conduct. Failure to follow rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

5. Photography & Media Release

I grant permission for CKATZ GYM to use photographs or videos taken of me for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily sign it. I acknowledge that by signing this Agreement, I am giving up substantial legal rights.

7. security cameras

I acknowledge that CKatzFit Gym uses video surveillance in common areas for security purposes. These recordings are for the safety of all members and staff.
